Made from high-strength alloy tool steel, the blades are manufactured through vacuum heat treatment, precision quenching and multiple fine grinding processes, combining excellent hardness and toughness.

High-Quality Material & Excellent Craftsmanship: Adopts high-strength alloy tool steel (40Cr, Cr12MoV, SKD11 optional) as raw material, combined with vacuum heat treatment and precision quenching technology, which greatly enhances the hardness, toughness and wear resistance of the blade. After multiple fine grinding processes, the blade surface is smooth, the edge is sharp and neat, and the cutting resistance is minimized.

We can customize the blade's length, width, thickness, tooth shape (straight serrated, wavy serrated, etc.), edge angle and material according to the customer's equipment parameters, production speed and the type of materials to be cut (plastic film, packaging bags, composite film, etc.), ensuring perfect matching with the customer's production line.
