Food-grade stainless steel material:

High-strength alloy tool steel:
Made of Cr13 series martensitic stainless steel, 440C high carbon stainless steel, etc. After professional heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC52-58°. The blade is sharp and has excellent toughness, which can easily handle the cutting of hard parts such as bones and fascia. It is not easy to chip or roll, and is suitable for heavy-duty knives such as meat-separating knives and splitting knives.
Special coating material
