Crusher blades are the core precision components of small crushing equipment, designed for the fine crushing of small particles and high precision. They are widely used in the fine crushing of materials such as plastic sprues, chemical raw materials, Chinese medicinal herbs, and food ingredients, and are suitable for small-batch crushing scenarios in laboratories and small and medium-sized processing plants.

Selected high-quality base materials such as high manganese steel, high chromium cast iron, and SKD-11 alloy tool steel are processed through multiple procedures including forging, quenching, and tempering. The hardness of the blade can reach HRC58-62 °. High-chromium cast iron blades have excellent impact resistance. High-manganese steel blades can self-harden when worn, and their service life is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary carbon steel blades.
The cutting edge Angle and tooth shape of the blade are customized according to the characteristics of the crushed material. Common structures include flat blades, toothed blades, and wolf-tooth blades. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm, perfectly matching various equipment such as jaw crushers, impact crushers, and hammer crushers. After installation, it operates smoothly without any jamming.
Support customizing the size, thickness, tooth shape and material of the blades according to the model of the crusher, the hardness of the material and the production capacity requirements. We can provide processing based on provided drawings, OEM/ODM services, and meet the personalized crushing needs of different industries such as mining and solid waste recycling.
Common types and applicable scenarios
| Blade type | Compatible material | Typical applicable materials |
| Jaw plate blades of jaw crusher | High manganese steel, high chromium cast iron | Ores, granite, construction waste |
| Hammer crusher hammer head blades | Wear-resistant alloy, forged high manganese steel | Coal, limestone, slag |
| Impact crusher plate hammer blades | High-chromium alloy | Concrete blocks, waste bricks and stones, ores |
| Metal crusher toothed knife | SKD-11, D2 steel | Scrap steel, aluminum cans, iron drums |
Deep technical expertise and professional customization capabilities: Our team is well-versed in the crushing characteristics of various materials such as plastic, metal, wood, rubber, etc. We will not merely sell you standard products. Instead, we will carefully inquire about your specific materials, working conditions and pain points (such as insufficient production capacity, rapid wear, easy material jamming, etc.), and recommend or even tailor the most suitable blade design, material and edge treatment solution for you.
Outstanding materials and heat treatment processes: The core lies in the inner quality. We insist on using high-quality alloy tool steels that meet national standards or are well-known brands (such as 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, D2, etc.). "Heat treatment is our soul." Equipped with advanced heat treatment equipment (such as vacuum quenching furnaces) and strict process curve control, it ensures that each blade reaches the golden balance point of hardness and toughness. This means: the wear resistance is enhanced by more than 30%, the impact fracture resistance is stronger, and ultimately it brings you a longer service life and lower ton consumption cost.
Precision manufacturing and strict quality control: Precision determines performance. We use CNC numerical control machining centers for precision processing to ensure that the blade size, hole position and cutting edge Angle are exactly the same.
Focus on niche fields and solve your specific problems:
Facing glass fiber, circuit boards, and recycled materials containing sand and impurities? We offer hard alloy (tungsten carbide) inserts with a wear-resistant service life 5 to 8 times that of ordinary inserts.
Are large bundles of film and fibers prone to entanglement? Our special claw knife design can effectively grasp materials and prevent entanglement.
Facing high-hardness metals? Our high-strength modular shredder knife shaft offers unparalleled impact resistance.
Need food-grade certification? We offer stainless steel materials that meet standards and polishing processes.
