Selected **SKD11 cold working die steel, Cr12MoV alloy tool steel, and hard alloy (tungsten steel)** as high-quality base materials, after vacuum quenching + deep cold treatment, the hardness can reach HRC58-65. The wear resistance of the hard alloy model is 5-10 times that of ordinary steel. The high-frequency slicing operation does not dull or chip, significantly extending the service life.
Precise cutting edge, no flaws in slicing
Using CNC numerical control grinding + mirror polishing technology, the cutting edge is sharp and smooth, with precise angles, and the surface roughness is as low as Ra0.2μm. The slicing of films does not stick to the knife, paper does not stretch, and metal foil has no burrs. The cutting edge is flat and has a high verticality, effectively improving the yield and reducing material loss.
Versatile in multiple scenarios, with wide applicability
Covering **thin materials (PE film, OPP film, copper foil), medium-thick materials (kraft paper, woven fabric), and hard materials (aluminum foil, metal sheet)**. It can be customized for the diameter (50-500mm), thickness (0.5-10mm), and cutting edge type (flat edge, tooth edge, inclined edge) according to the equipment model. It is compatible with vertical slicing machines, horizontal slicing machines, surface winding slicing machines, and other types of equipment.
Coating strengthening, performance upgrade
Optional coating treatments such as titanium plating, aluminum nitride titanium plating can be selected. Not only does it increase the wear resistance by 2-3 times, but it also has anti-adhesion and corrosion resistance properties. For packaging films with strong adhesion and high-temperature working scenarios, the coated blade can effectively reduce the probability of jamming, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the production line.
