Crusher blades are the core cutting components of crushers, widely applicable to industries such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, and waste recycling. They are specifically designed for crushing hard or large materials such as ores, coal, construction waste, scrap metal, and wood. Through the triple action of extrusion, splitting, and shearing, they achieve rapid volume reduction and resource reprocessing of materials.

Selected high-quality base materials such as high manganese steel, high chromium cast iron, and SKD-11 alloy tool steel are processed through multiple procedures including forging, quenching, and tempering. The hardness of the blade can reach HRC58-62 °. High-chromium cast iron blades have excellent impact resistance. High-manganese steel blades can self-harden when worn, and their service life is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary carbon steel blades.
The cutting edge Angle and tooth shape of the blade are customized according to the characteristics of the crushed material. Common structures include flat blades, toothed blades, and wolf-tooth blades. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm, perfectly matching various equipment such as jaw crushers, impact crushers, and hammer crushers. After installation, it operates smoothly without any jamming.
Support customizing the size, thickness, tooth shape and material of the blades according to the model of the crusher, the hardness of the material and the production capacity requirements. We can provide processing based on provided drawings, OEM/ODM services, and meet the personalized crushing needs of different industries such as mining and solid waste recycling.
Common blade material properties
| Material type | Hardness (HRC) | Core features | Applicable scenarios |
| SKD-11 alloy steel | 58-62 | High hardness, anti-chipping and wear-resistant | Long-term crushing of medium and low hardness materials |
| Cr12MoV alloy tool steel | 56-60 | It has good impact resistance and toughness | Crushing of mixed materials with uneven hardness |
| High manganese steel (Mn13) | 45-50 | Self-hardening with wear resistance and strong impact resistance | Crushing of high-hardness hard materials |
| Hard alloy insert | 62-65 | Ultra-high hardness and wear resistance | Crushing of high-hardness and wear-resistant materials |
| 9CrSi alloy tool steel | 54-58 | High cost performance and easy to sharpen | Crushing of low-hardness soft materials |
| 304 stainless steel | 48-52 | Food-grade, anti-corrosion | Crushing of materials with high hygiene requirements such as food and Chinese medicinal materials |
Deep technical expertise and professional customization capabilities: Our team is well-versed in the crushing characteristics of various materials such as plastic, metal, wood, rubber, etc. We will not merely sell you standard products. Instead, we will carefully inquire about your specific materials, working conditions and pain points (such as insufficient production capacity, rapid wear, easy material jamming, etc.), and recommend or even tailor the most suitable blade design, material and edge treatment solution for you.
Outstanding materials and heat treatment processes: The core lies in the inner quality. We insist on using high-quality alloy tool steels that meet national standards or are well-known brands (such as 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, D2, etc.). "Heat treatment is our soul." Equipped with advanced heat treatment equipment (such as vacuum quenching furnaces) and strict process curve control, it ensures that each blade reaches the golden balance point of hardness and toughness. This means: the wear resistance is enhanced by more than 30%, the impact fracture resistance is stronger, and ultimately it brings you a longer service life and lower ton consumption cost.
Precision manufacturing and strict quality control: Precision determines performance. We use CNC numerical control machining centers for precision processing to ensure that the blade size, hole position and cutting edge Angle are exactly the same.
Focus on niche fields and solve your specific problems:
