This series of pillow-type packaging machine blades are made from high-speed steel, cemented carbide, and 304 stainless steel, and are treated with quenching, tempering, and precision water grinding processes to achieve a hardness of HRC58-62°, resulting in a sharp and wear-resistant cutting edge. It includes various blade types such as flat blades, serrated blades, and decorative blades, suitable for packaging lines in the food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries. It provides smooth, burr-free heat sealing and cutting, and supports both machine-specific and non-standard size customization.

Application Scenario
Food industry
Pillow-style packaging for biscuits, candies, instant noodles, bread, sausages, frozen dumplings, and nut snacks, responsible for film heat sealing and precise cutting.
Pharmaceutical industry
Packaging for pharmaceutical tablets, capsules, masks, medical cotton balls, disposable syringes, which must meet hygiene standards and achieve sealed cutting.
Cosmetics industry
High-speed packaging for soap, small samples of shampoo, tissues, wipes, disposable towels, and bagged laundry detergent products, with anti-sticking properties and smooth cutting edges.
Hardware and electronics industry
Independent packaging for screws, nuts, small bearings, electronic components, data cables, to avoid material displacement or damage during cutting.
Daily necessities industry
Pillow-style packaging for toothbrushes, combs, disposable tableware, diapers, and sanitary napkins, suitable for different thicknesses of composite films and non-woven fabrics.
Stationery and toys industry
Batch packaging for pencils, erasers, notebooks, small toys, and puzzle pieces, supporting customized cutting for irregular materials.
Select the appropriate blade for the pillow-type packaging machine
Step 1: Select the knife type based on the packaging material
Solid hard materials (cookies, hardware, medicines): Choose flat knives, which have low cutting resistance and produce smooth, undamaged cuts.
Flexible soft materials (tissues, sausages, instant noodles): Choose serrated knives, which prevent slipping and pulling, and avoid material deformation.
Special-shaped materials (special-shaped daily chemicals, irregular parts): Choose flower knives / customized knives, which match the contours of the materials and seal tightly.
Step 2: Select the material based on the packaging film type
Common plastic films (PE, PP): Choose high-speed steel (HSS), which offers high cost-effectiveness and is wear-resistant and anti-stick.
Thick films / composite films (aluminum foil films, coated aluminum films): Choose hard alloys, with a hardness of 62-65° HRC, which are resistant to wear and have a long lifespan.
Food / pharmaceutical packaging: Choose 304 stainless steel / ceramics, which meet hygiene standards, are rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and are easy to clean.
Step 3: Match Equipment Model and Installation Dimensions
Prioritize machine-specific blades (e.g., those specific to Songchuan, Ruipuhua, or Yongchuang machines) to ensure perfect fit in hole positions, length, and thickness, eliminating the need for secondary machining.
If no specific model is available, provide the blade's length, width, thickness, hole spacing, and cutting edge angle to customize non-standard blades, avoiding excessive installation clearance that could lead to cutting errors.
Step 4: Select Specifications Based on Production Efficiency and Cost
High-speed continuous production lines: Select thickened/carbide blades for superior fatigue resistance and reduced replacement frequency.
Low-speed, small-batch production: Select high-speed steel flat blades for low cost, easy sharpening, and high cost-effectiveness.
