Made of Mn13 high-manganese steel, it possesses wear-hardening properties and extremely high impact resistance. Compatible with various jaw crushers, it is specifically designed for hard materials such as granite, limestone, and construction waste. The thickened structure, precision cast, enhances continuous operation capability and reduces maintenance costs.

High-carbon and high-chromium alloy tool steels such as D2, Cr12MoV, SKD-11, and 6CrW2Si are adopted, featuring extremely high hardness (above HRC 58-62), wear resistance, and certain impact toughness. It undergoes a complete process flow of vacuum quenching, multiple deep cryogenic treatments and high-temperature tempering.
High-speed rotation is responsible for the main cutting and impact. Usually, stepped, helical or wolf-tooth designs are adopted to optimize the cutting Angle, reduce the load and noise. Fixed in the machine cavity, it forms an accurate shearing pair with the moving knife. Its gap is adjustable (usually 0.1-0.5mm), which is the key to controlling the particle size of the output.
It is compatible with mainstream brand models at home and abroad (such as Wimeng, Sred, Jemicon, Andritz, etc.) and various specifications (single-axis, dual-axis, quad-axis, coarse crushing, fine crushing).
After assembly, each set of rotor blades undergoes high-precision dynamic balance testing (G6.3 grade or higher) to ensure smooth and vibration-free operation at high speeds, protect the main shaft and bearings, and reduce the overall failure rate of the machine.
The modular design supports individual replacement of blades or rotor assemblies, minimizing downtime to the greatest extent.
