Selected 304/316L/420/440C food-grade stainless steel, no heavy metal precipitation, fully compliant with GB 4806, FDA, EU 10/2011 food contact safety standards, can directly contact various food ingredients, safe and non-toxic. Suitable for high-temperature cleaning and disinfection, eliminating food residues and safety hazards, safe for household and commercial use.
The blade edge is processed by multiple precision grinding processes, with hardness up to HRC 52-58, long-lasting sharpness, and no squeezing or tearing of food fibers during cutting. Whether it is tender fresh meat, fragile toast, hard frozen meat or hard crust baguette, it can achieve a flat cutting surface without crumbs or sticking to the knife, reducing food waste.
Stainless steel material has excellent rust and acid-alkali resistance, which can effectively resist corrosion from meat juice, vegetable moisture and bread grease, not easy to rust, chip or deform. Its service life is 3-5 times that of ordinary carbon steel blades, no frequent replacement is needed for long-term use, reducing the use cost.
Multiple blade types are available: plain edge, serrated edge (fine tooth/coarse tooth/double tooth), which accurately match the cutting needs of different food ingredients; the diameter, hole diameter and thickness are complete, and customization is also supported, compatible with household small slicers, commercial vegetable cutters and industrial food production lines, covering all-scenario cutting needs.
The surface of the blade is smooth without pores or cracks, not easy to retain food crumbs and stains, and easy to clean, which can be cleaned manually or in a dishwasher.
