Shredder blades are the core vulnerable parts of heavy-duty shredding equipment, specially designed for handling large pieces of high-hardness and high-toughness materials. They are widely applicable to shredding production lines in solid waste recycling industries such as metals, plastics, wood, tires, and domestic garbage. With their strong shearing force and impact resistance, they achieve efficient volume reduction and resource recovery of materials.

Selected high-quality alloy tool steels such as SKD-11, Cr12MoV, and D2 are used. Some high-end models adopt hard alloy insert welding technology. After quenching, tempering and deep cryogenic treatment, the hardness of the blade is stabilized at HRC58-62 °, capable of withstanding high-intensity impact and long-term wear. Its service life is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary carbon steel blades.
The tooth shape and cutting edge Angle of the blade are customized according to the characteristics of the material. Common structures include claw knives, square knives, and disc knives, which can efficiently grasp and shear different materials. The dimensional tolerance of the blade is controlled within ±0.05mm, perfectly matching single-shaft, double-shaft and four-shaft shredders. After installation, the equipment operates smoothly without noise.
Support customizing the size, number of teeth, hardness and coating process of the blades according to the shredder model, material type and production capacity requirements provided by the customer. We can provide processing based on provided drawings and OEM/ODM services to meet the personalized shredding needs of different industries.
Deep technical expertise and professional customization capabilities: Our team is well-versed in the crushing characteristics of various materials such as plastic, metal, wood, rubber, etc. We will not merely sell you standard products. Instead, we will carefully inquire about your specific materials, working conditions and pain points (such as insufficient production capacity, rapid wear, easy material jamming, etc.), and recommend or even tailor the most suitable blade design, material and edge treatment solution for you.
Outstanding materials and heat treatment processes: The core lies in the inner quality. We insist on using high-quality alloy tool steels that meet national standards or are well-known brands (such as 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, D2, etc.). "Heat treatment is our soul." Equipped with advanced heat treatment equipment (such as vacuum quenching furnaces) and strict process curve control, it ensures that each blade reaches the golden balance point of hardness and toughness. This means: the wear resistance is enhanced by more than 30%, the impact fracture resistance is stronger, and ultimately it brings you a longer service life and lower ton consumption cost.
Precision manufacturing and strict quality control: Precision determines performance. We use CNC numerical control machining centers for precision processing to ensure that the blade size, hole position and cutting edge Angle are exactly the same.
Focus on niche fields and solve your specific problems:
